Well he can't do that...cuz its a free forum... When he buy his own domain + forums( not sure )
then he can do that... I used google adsense on some of my client websites and DUH they got not too good revenue but can atleast provide the money of DOMAIN

Credit card my *****... I have created alot of accounts of google adsense... There is no need of credit card... maybe you are talking about GOOGLE ADWORDS instead of ADSENSE
